Please allow 7-10 working days for Post-Commissioning Certs to sent out after Heat Pump / Pumps have been fully commissioned.
Note: It is the responsibility of the Installer to ensure that all information listed on the above form is correct.
In the event that one of our engineers arrives on site where works have not been completed as per the form above then the commissioning cannot be undertaken.
Once all necessary checks are completed and rectified an addtional call out fee will apply for a second visit.
